Mix of Everything Workout (KB, Jump Rope, Sand Bag, TRX, Pullups and More)

    Fitness expert Stew Smith walks through a workout that includes a mix of everything.

    Here is the breakdown...

    5 min circuit of:

    • Pullups
    • TRX pushups
    • TRX rollouts
    • Jump rope - heavy
    • Sand bag run

    Cycle through above while one guy does 5 min kb swings, snatch, walk, step ups etc...

    You do the KB 5 min set once but everything else 4-5 rounds. Minimal rest in between.

    Then rotate. After everyone has done the kb once then do all other elements one more time (1 min each)

    Then go swim / tread workout:

    • Swim 1 min and tread 1 min
    • Swim 2 min and tread 2 min
    • 3 min / 3 min
    • 4 min / 4 min
    • 5 min / 5 min
    • ( no hands while treading)
