WWII Vets Get Honor Flight Surprise

Share

Time was running out for these WWII vets, and then Breitling fans did something amazing... Breitling supports the non-profit organization Honor Flight Network, whose mission is to send veterans to visit the memorial dedicated to their service in Washington, DC, free of charge. Breitling donated $150,000 to Honor Flight Network, which made it possible for 100 veterans from San Diego to visit Washington, DC. Veterans on the Breitling-sponsored flight were welcomed to the World War II memorial by Senators Bob and Elizabeth Dole, who are both long time supporters of Honor Flight Network.
