Russian Special Forces Make Arrest

Ingushetia, Russia. No backstory on this but the one they arrested seems to be an Army captain. The arrest was executed by FSB, including 4 heavily armed special force agents. Turned out there were more than 4 people to arrest though, so perhaps the guy kept shooting to keep the detainees at bay? The sound was partially removed to mask out the battle spells that they were casting :) (comprising mostly of cursing and shouting out detainees by name)
