CG Cracks Down On Illegal Florida Charters

Coast Guard crew members aboard a 45-foot Response Boat-Medium from Station St. Petersburg, Florida, conduct boarding operations in Tampa Bay, Thursday, Aug. 30, 2018 in support of Operation Passenger Defender, a Coast Guard 7th District initiative that involves cracking down on illegal charter operations. During this boarding, the fishermen had the required credentials and safety gear aboard.
