Homemade Explosive Cache Disposal

Share

"This is video shows a small cache (collection) of home made explosives (H.M.E.) being disposed (blown-up) before it could make it into the hands of improvised explosive device (I.E.D.) makers. The shot is a rather small one, but it has a nice fireball and pressure wave. The shot was set-off in a shallow pit in an open field. An HD Contour camera with a wide angle lens was used to record the shot. So what appears far away, really is not, and it is also being filmed through the window of an armored vehicle. This video was taken near the town of Ghazni in Afghanistan."
