Three military spouses are asking for your help to change the world by participating in "Giving Tuesday Military." For military spouses in or around New York City, they're asking if you'll come support them by joining the outside audience as they hit the Today Show tomorrow, Dec. 3.
Coast Guard spouse Jessica Manfre, National Guard spouse Samantha Gomolka and Army spouse Maria Reed are the force behind Giving Tuesday Military, which seeks to showcase one million acts of kindness on Giving Tuesday (Dec. 3, 2019) by U.S. military members, their families, veterans, Gold Star and surviving families, and patriotic supporters.
Reed posted a "rally call" on Facebook asking for spouses to join the Today Show audience with Giving Tuesday Military signs and smiling faces as she, Manfre and Gomolka share their mission with Today Show anchors, Hoda and Jenna.
Of course if you’re not near New York City you can still support by watching the Today Show and cheering them on from a distance!
The organizers are asking everyone who participates in Giving Tuesday Military to share their acts of kindness on Facebook with #GivingTuesdayMilitary so they can track the tidal wave of kindness. No act of kindness is too small to participate.
