It's Tuesday, and that means dance teachers all over America are crying into their morning coffee.

Navy reservist Sean Spicer (wearing a sporty naval ensemble) once again demonstrated that a sparkling personality and wicked social media skills are far more important than grace or talent in today's dancing arena.

Sean's old boss, President Donald Trump, tweeted out support for his former press secretary at the beginning of the episode and said some Very Nice Things.

Sean had to overcome disaster this week as his pro dancing partner Lindsay Arnold had to take the week off after her stepmother died unexpectedly (condolences to Lindsay and her family). Jenna Johnson stepped in for Lindsay and led Sean through a jazz routine set to Styx's "Come Sail Away."

They went first. Sean paid tribute to his Navy background with an adorable sailor suit, and the judges (once again) gave him the lowest score of the night with a 20/30.

"We keep throwing you out of the boat, and the viewers keep throwing you a life preserver!" complained judge Len Goodman.

"You don't have many jazz bones in your body, do you? And your ship, at times, looked like it would get lost in the Bermuda Triangle. I think Dory in 'Finding Nemo' has better direction, but you always manage to get to shore," agreed judge Bruno Tonioli.

Kate Flannery (best known as Meredith Palmer on "The Office") ended up in the bottom two alongside pop singer Ally Brooke. The judges were not happy with their choices.

"It's confusing for me why these are the bottom two," complained judge Carrie Ann Inaba.

They reluctantly sent Kate home.

America loves Sean Spicer, and the judges are just going to have to wait some more.

"Dancing With the Stars" returns next Monday on Veterans Day, so look for Team Spicey to be out in force to deny the judges their hearts' desire.
