2012 Pay Raise Faces Delays - UPDATE

Terry Howell is the Sr. Director for Alliances and Operations for Military.com. Terry joined the Military.com team in 2003 after 20 years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard. In addition to his editorial responsibilities, Terry has worked with the DoD and VA to create online transition assistance tools including a military skills translator, transition support app, and other resources. Terry is also the author of The Military Advantage, an annually updated guide to help servicemembers, veterans and their families take full advantage of their benefits.
