GE Vernova provides a salary differential to ensure employees called to active duty maintain their salary level. Moreover, dependent healthcare coverage is continued during deployments, and qualified participating soldiers receive priority consideration for job interviews. GEVN hosts a variety of activities aimed at enriching the veteran community. These include leadership and mentoring programs, community activities that support veterans, and care packages for veterans currently serving.
