MyPers is now the exclusive system for Individual Reserve (IR) customer communications and document submissions going forward. Effective Oct. 15, 2018, IRs must submit all Reserve and Travel pay documentation through myPers via the RIO website. Reserve pay document submissions should be made to the IMA Pay Office webpage. Travel pay document submissions should be made to the Individual Reserve Travel webpage. Submissions through email will no longer be accepted. Information, training, and customer tools can be found on the HQ RIO website.
